In order to start playing and opening boxes you will first need to buy sparkles. Follow these steps in order to buy sparkles: 1) Sign in to GenshinBox using your Discord or Google account. 2) Once signed in, press the Refill button in the upper right corner. 3) Follow the instructions on the form to purchase sparkles. Note that the minimum purchase amount is 20 sparkles. 4) After you have paid using any of the available payment methods, the sparkles will be loaded to your account. After you have bought sparkles, you can select any box, as long as you have the required balance of sparkles for the particular box you would like to open. For a limited time, you will also be able to open our daily FREE boxes, even if you do not hold any sparkles.

Sparkles are the virtual credit used on GenshinBox. All our products are bought with sparkles, and in case you are selling some of your items, you will receive sparkles in return. Sparkles can be bought from the GenshinBox website by pressing on the Refill button in the upper right corner. Sparkles cannot be sold for money, refunded, or withdrawn from GenshinBox.

The minimum amount you can withdraw is 60 crystals.

No. In case you have less than 60 crystals, you first need to use crafting to craft a minimum of 60 crystals in order to make them withdrawable. See the recipes on the craft page to get the necessary items.

By going to the Craft page, you can see all the crafting recipes and items needed for each recipe. The Available Crafts display shows you the crafting recipes for which you currently have all required items. In order to craft, just press on the available recipe and confirm that you want to craft. In case you have some required items, but not yet all, they will show up in the Partial Crafts display.

One account cannot have more than 180 days of the welkin moon subscription, which is equivalent to 6 Welkin moons. If you have already passed the limit – you will get the equivalent in genesis crystals (330 genesis crystals).

Yes. If you do not want to keep or withdraw the item you received when opening a box, you can also sell it back to GenshinBox and receive sparkles in return.

The price of the different boxes varies based on the content of the box. Therefore, boxes with higher odds of dropping better items will be more expensive.

This depends on the box, by clicking on any box you can see exact odds of all items contained in that box. All of our boxes are balanced relative to their price level.

We withdraw using official Genshin Impact partners. You only need to enter your UID to start your withdrawal. We will never ask you for your account login or password.

From time to time, we may have various promotions on the site. Currently we have a limited time promotion where all new users will be able to open 1 FREE box per day.

All withdrawals are automated but occasionally there can be a delay due to technical issues. In case your withdrawal is delayed for more than 2 hours, please contact us using the Send Message form on the lower right corner of the website.

We are using official Mihoyo's partner called Razer Gold (https://gold.razer.com) to process withdrawals.

You can buy sparkles using bank cards such as Visa and Mastercard. More payment methods coming soon.
